The Home Office have concluded their review of the Accredited Officer (SPoC) training. As a result PHF Training Ltd will be continuing its role as one of the three accredited Training Providers for this course and its necessary refresher training.
As a result of the review by the Home Office there have been considerable changes to the interpretation of this legislation in light of the current codes of practice. The consequences are that delegates trained as Accredited Officers (SPOC) or receiving refresher training prior to January 2009 will require additional refresher training to understand the changes and perform this role on behalf of their organisation.
